Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable carriers like USPS, DHL, EMS, and trusted local postal services to make sure your package arrives safely.
Order Processing
Payment Verification: Orders are processed as soon as we confirm your payment.
Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday (Eastern Time), excluding U.S. postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, etc.
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day. Orders placed after will be handled the next business day.

Please note: Delivery times = Handling time + Shipping time. Delays may occasionally happen during transit, and we appreciate your patience.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it right away.
Heads-up: It might take 3–7 days for the tracking info to appear in the carrier’s system. If there’s still no update after that, give it a little more time or reach out to us.
Custom & Special Orders
If your item is customized or made-to-order, please allow some extra time. The timeline depends on the level of customization involved.
