How to Start a Return

If you’d like to return an item, just reach out to our support team within 180 days of receiving your order.

• Photos showing the problem (if applicable)

• Whether you’d prefer a refund or replacement

Note: We are not responsible for errors made during ordering — like typos, uploading incorrect images, or selecting the wrong product. Please double-check everything before checking out!

What Can Be Returned

• We accept returns on regular-priced items (not sale items) within 180 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

• Don’t forget to include the original sales receipt or a printout of your confirmation email.

Return Shipping Info

• If the product is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return address and the next steps.

How to Send It Back

1. Pack it up: Include the product(s) and a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

2. Ship it: Use your local post office or a courier service to send the item(s) to the return address we provide.

3. Send us the tracking number: This helps us keep an eye on your package.

What Happens Next

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm. We’ll also let you know if your refund or replacement has been approved.
