We ship our domestic orders with USPS, DHL, OSM depend on recipient address to improve delivery speed and cost-effectiveness.

Estimated delivery 8-15 business days after production for delivery within the U.S.

It takes 8-25 business days for delivery with international orders.

Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Main Menu.

If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

We want to inform you that the product you ordered is a custom-printed item. This means it will take 3-4 business days for production before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

After the order is dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 8-15 business days.

Please note that the shipping status might initially show as “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item,” indicating that the package is being transported from our shipping partner’s facility to the nearest USPS location for final delivery. During this internal shipping phase, there might not be immediate tracking updates. Once USPS receives your package, they will scan it into their system and provide you with details on the package’s location and estimated delivery date.

To check on the status of an order please use the tracking number that we send to your email.

If you have ordered several items, they are often shipped out in separate packages so you may receive them on different days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out at support@hy99store.com as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. If you believe error contact us support@hy99store.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.
