Thanks for shopping with Hy99 Store, operated by Happy Hair Salon LLC. We want your experience with us to be as smooth and stress-free as possible — especially when it comes to refunds, returns, or cancellations. Please take a moment to read our refund policy below.


Exchanges

Before placing your order, please double-check everything — size, design, quantity, and any personalization. Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges for errors made during checkout.

That said, if you notice a mistake, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one. Need help? Just contact our support team and we’ll guide you through it.


Order Cancellations
  • Cancel within 24 hours: You can cancel your order for free within the first 24 hours after placing it.

  • After 24 hours: Your order may already be in production. In that case, a 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will apply.

  • How to cancel: Email us at support@hy99store.com as soon as possible.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refund requests within 180 days of delivery. After that, all sales are considered final.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or broken

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is a different size, design, or material than what you ordered

  • The product is significantly different from what was described

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without tags or original packaging

  • Minor imperfections (like loose threads) that don’t affect function

  • Issues not caused by us


To Request a Refund

When reaching out, please include:

  • A copy of your receipt or order confirmation

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • Pictures or videos showing any damage or mistakes

  • Screenshots of any relevant communication


Return & Refund Process
  1. Send a Request: Email your refund request to support@hy99store.com with the documents above.

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days. If approved, we’ll send you the return address.

  3. Ship the Item: You’ll be responsible for return shipping. Once sent, please email us the tracking number.

  4. Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm everything by email and let you know if your refund is approved.


How Long Does a Refund Take?

Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item. A full refund, including the original shipping cost, will be issued.

If your refund hasn’t shown up after 10–15 business days, please check with your bank or card provider for updates.


A Few Important Notes
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during the return process.
